I've read that after you rescue the turtle in the laboratory, and after all the cutscenes, you can't go back to the real world. Is there just a temporary block to the outside world while you're in the meat circus?
In other words, when I beat the final bosses, will I be able to go back to the real world?

Alright, I just went on with the game, found out you can eventually return to the camp.

well ofcourse you cant go back into the real world your just a brain (plus you and olianders brains are fused remember
