The only Sword type weapon that requiers a "Cerberus's Fang" is the "Feather Saber". You also need an additional 3x bronze for the weapon as well. The "Cerberus fang" can be found in "Rebena Te Ra".

Thank you I have 3xbronze but I don't have cerberus fang. But where can you find the Master Weapon scroll? I have 3xmythril and a ton of alloy.....I want the rune blade because that will boost my strength to about 60!

Yeah I found the Master weapon scroll at Goblin Wall. The only decent thing about the weapon is its charge attack.

Do the bosses have certain weaknesses because it seems no matter what spell I do it barely does any damage. I'm in year 5 by the way.
