A couple of my favorites would be the tommy gun, Colt 1911, and pump-action shotgun.

I like the tommy and the colt 1911 for killing efficiently but the shotgun in this game never worked out for me. It worked really well in Max Payne and was one of my favorite guns in that game but failed to impress me in this game.
