Subject: Civ3 Gold Edition w/PTW expansion Pack

Im wondering if there is a way to just install the first CD skip the "insert 2nd Cd" part of the install. My PTW cd is cracked and cant be read, how can i just install the 1st CD Civ3 without the PTW? or can I.
should be a code or something to put in the request to insert second CD...No?
or is there a place i can download just the PTW CD?
