Yes, and as long as you can maintain the balance, you can do them for as long as you want. Also you can do wheelies on the front wheel as well.

Enduos, yes I know. This game is pretty cool though. I spent the weekend playing it. Enduos definitely give you more points. They slow you down though.

As you are accelerating gently roll back on the left analogue stick. You will begin to lean back, and eventually the front wheel will leave the ground. Then keep your balance using a combination of your speed and rider position.

Endos (or reverse wheelies) can be pulled off by accelerating at speed, slamming on the brakes (helps if you use all three brakes) and pushing forward on the left analogue stick. Steady yourself out and you should be able to ride on the front wheel for a little while without falling off. You may also want to experiment with different ways of getting onto the front wheel and back down at speed (for example braking a little then accelerating as soon as you begin to lean forward).
