Subject: bos attacks my team in bunker delta

i complited junction city, great bend and coldwater missions. after coldwater when i arrive in bunker delta bos attack my team? is there any patch to prevent this or is there anything i can do?

If you are in combat mode, if you stole, if you are aggressive, if you attacked someone, if you threw something, if you laid a mine/ trap/ explosive. Or it could just be a glitch
