Well yeah some of the items are useful I'll name the ones that I think are the most useful:
The Stat Booster Items
Silver Card
Wind Sword has a magic attack
Emblem Items have 60 uses and are ok weapons

It's a demo disk for for Mario Kart that previews other games( aka. advertisement disk). Though it does give you useful items. You have to load it to your FE cartridge then you'll be able to use those items in each file you have( you have to be at Ch12 or higher to get them).
