Have highlights of the game like they do on tv.....do that after the game......HAVE A PLAYER OF THE GAME!!!! show them running out of the locker room before the super bowl starts or let them run out of a logo poster like they do in real life in college.....you can put in more stuff if you want guys.

Well first..Madden 2004 already has a Playerof the Game...aka Horse Trailor Playe of the Game...yea, running out of the locker or some sort of pregame ritual would be cool. AND AN UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT CALL, such as Unecessary Roughness...

Offensive Lineman mini camp drills.
Mock draft so you can get an idea of who you should be scouting, and know who you probably dont have a shot at getting.
Ability to use the Personell switch packages with a created playbook, as well as save your audibles to the created playbook.
More than just 2 angles on an Instant replay challenge.
List of options for a challenge, where you can pick what you are challenging, not just have the one thing pop up.
Stop having the best rated players in the game retiring after the first franchise season. Come on. Rich Gannon has more than 1 year left in him. It should be made that when their skills drop to a certain point, combined with age, then they retire. Also, Kickers can play forever. Morten andersen has stated many times he wanted to try to play until he was 50. Yet in every madden game, he retires after the first year. He's just a kicker, not a linebacker.
There are many more things, but Im too lazy to type them all out.

I think that the oline mini camp should be put in it kind of sucks that they didnt put that one in. I think that in the next one they should also put in refs you can understand. I havent completed a season yet so i dont know to many things that can be fixed but i wish they would make the draft alittle better. I mean it just seems kinda dull, i wish the scouts would say wheather the people you were looking at would be good addition for the team or not stuff like that. I think its kinda crazy that this game just came out and this thread has already poped up. Yall are never satisfied are you. Other than fixing up a few bugs here and there. Another thing all the teams in the nfl are not no friggin 80. Im sorry but the bengals are not no 80, the lions are not an 80. Why are they labled so high in this game? My friend got the book and it said that the lions where only a 65. The bucks defense is not a 91 its alot higher than that. 95 96 maybe. I find it hard to believe that all these teams are so close in points according to the overall rating scale.

I think you should have the ability to convert players possisions, like if you got 3 OLB's who are good and no MLB you should be able to change him. The same with like Corners and safeties,Fullbacksand halfbacks etc.

I think they should sit up online play like an online strategy u play win u want and u player ranking is ur current record also the should sit up leagues like in fantasy sports also call me crazy but i liked the way Gameday presents it create a player by giving certain variable like the 40 yard max bench and such it should be that so u could make a supman cp and add him to a crap team like the bengals and make them play of contenders the first year if I had a created player set up this is how id go u have certain abilitys to choose form like in gameday then that descides ur attributes then from there with minicamp u gain exp and u go up according to how u played also same with preseason and season into playoffs that way it takes time to build a good team. I also think they should have the diffucty of game set up like max payne were the better you play the harder becomes. Id also think it be cool if it had something like Espn's football game were u could play from the player prespective. basiclly what im saying is it be great if a game publisher mixed an rpg with a sports game actually it beprobaby the greatest game of all time how many of us havent dreamt of being a pro athlete with tht type of game u become one

Also i think they need to do somthing to the draft, the scouting isn't close to real life, it may be improved from 2002, but in real life u get to SEE the players not go by words, i think you should be able to use the players or watch the CPU play him in some drills and make your own scouting report from that. It would be nice to see how the player actually plays instead of reading about it.

I would like to see more detail in the create- a -stadium option. Right now practically all you can build is an open field. They all look like oversized high school football fields. Also when you upgrade your stadium in franchise it would actually show your upgrades and you could put them wherever you wanted to. They need to improve the crowd also it still looks terrible.

i just hope that when you import a draft class then the ratings will go along with how well they did on the ncaa season. i hate that someone can win the heisman but have a low rating then when i import the draft class that guy still sucks and doesnt get drafted til like the 4th round. and being able to talk people out of retirement. i was so disappointed when that didnt happen this year.

Better halftime shows would be kool for franchises. It would be nice if once in awhile durring play, it will show a really kool play that just happened in another game to inform you whats going on kind of like the score tickers. And durring halftime shows, instead of watching a lame dance from the cheerleaders, John Madden and Al Michaels will show highlights of other games around the league and replays from those games, so its not like your the only game that matters.

How about Refs that fall down or get the hell out of the way when they're in the middle of a play. Specifically passing plays. There have been numerous times a Ref has interfered in a Reciever's route by being at the wrong place at the wrong time. That's fine, it's realistic. But when my player (namely Shockey) can't knock him over or get around him because he's like a metal post, that's a problem. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this!
