I am unable to climb up on anything.
In the casino, when you have to climb up on the crate after shifting it, I only managed to get up on it after about 10 mins of just pushing buttons in frustration.
Now I can't get into the truck by the loading bay no matter what I do.

I've checked the strategy guide and several online walkthroughs, but they were no help.
