Does anyone know how this asymmetry theory works? I mean how can Big Boss's DNA save the Genome soldiers and why do those who show signs of symmetry die rather than those who show signs of asymmetry? I'm kinda confused

I dont know everything about it, but the genome soldiers were symmetrical because their genetic structure was based on Big Boss's when he was in his 50's or something like that. And the asymmetrical version of Big Boss's genes are younger therefor increasing the life span of the genome soldiers. That's not everything, it's just the watered down version.

If it's talking about genetic symmetry, then it would be meaning that both sets of chromosomes are the same.
Natures favours genetic diversity, but all of the genome soliders are the same, so nature will get rid of them, one way or another.
