Subject: How do you get the gadgets in Pandora Tomorrow

In the walkthroughs they talk about the Ring Airfoil Projectiles and Sticky Shocker and what they do but how do you find them and use them? I retreived the RC-20 and sticky shockers but I need the Ring airfoils. Any ideas?
