I am stuck at Mount Wannahockaloogie? I have covered all the clear bubble holes and moved the sign. I cannot get through the Yellow line of bubbles be the three laughing poles? Help Please?

what you do is make them laugh in the right order and the yellow bubble will move and on the second bubble thing you have to push the green arrow and the scobo guy will block the bubbles!
