Okay, I've got a whole bunch. Here's my first one:
Napalm Soul
Buster:1 dmg
Charge:Napalm Shots:Slow Charge. 150 dmg straight across the row.

Fury Mode=He begins shooting lasers everywhere. Doesn't make you flinch. 20 dmg per hit.
Nano Force=MPA. He jumps in the air, his fists glow with energy, and he slams his fist on the ground in a 2x2 pattern ahead of you. 250 dmg.

Now for:
Bubble Soul
Buster:7 dmg slow fire.
Charge:Bubble Harpoon: Shoots a fast charged 40 dmg harpoon across the row.

Charge:Summons a Knight that goes across the entire row. 120 dmg.

V1:HP:2000
Spysword:Looks like a darksword only BLACK!!!not purple does 300 damage and the range is a lifesword's range
Omega Blast:A rainbow colored ball moves like duo's mine,not missle that goes staight and does 200 damage
Red Magma:Just like Yuriy Spy(Me!!!)in Yuriy Spy and Solomon Spy Bonus Edition Red Magma,Spyman could make himself take X2 damage to water attacks and half damage to every other attack wears off after losing 200 HP
Looks like searchman only wearing black sunglasses and body is darker but not the skin,......
Every version he gains 500 HP and his moves attack damage increase by 100 Damage,He has a tango working but remember,...tango only works ONCE per battle and HE IS NOT DARK!!!!!!!!!!

ok, my turn:
Ultraman
Hp: 1000
Attacks: Exactly the same as megaman, exept he is yellow instead of blue. moves slightly faster and his ultrabuster is 3/3/4. Is rather partial to using break based chips.
He wants to defeat Nebula and any other dark facility, yet dispises Megaman and tries to deleate him perminatly. He can resonate with thunderman, tomahawkman, Coldman, and Napalman.

Charge buster-neobuster 200 dmg-a giant laser with no delay down the same row as neoman (buster=10 dmg)
-> B(instead of <- B)neo blade 400 dmg(lifesword range)
<- B neo shield(reflect for 100 dmg)
looks like a fusion of serenade,megaman,and bass
