Subject: Game crashes as I speak to "Cain"

Hello all!
During the mission where LaCroix calls a blood hunt on "me" and I have to reach the taxi near the salvage yard to choose who to ally with, when I speak to the taxi driver the game crashes.
I have already tried to load the autosave when I entered Trim's shop, finish the mission and speak again to the driver, but the game still crashes.
Anybody had the same problem? Help...?
