I can´t seem to detonate the three bombs in order to sink the sub. How do I activate and use the detonator?

Next to the sub there is a wooden platform. Follow the platform to the back and there should be a ladder. Go down the ladder onto the ice. When you're at a spot to drop a bomb, a select icon at the bottom will appear. Drop all three bombs in the three spots then detonate from a distance.
