I can't say much about Yugioh or Batman, but that Tony Hawk 3 looks like a pretty good steal, if you ask me.

Tony hawk is probably the best out of the three. Due to the fact they are named brand outside of Nintendo. Chance are that Yu-gi-oh is only fun if your into that card game, and Batman is no good. Tony hawk has been in the business for a while, so it should be decent.
Don't take my opinion though, try it yourself. Decide if you enjoy it.

I have Tony Hawk's 3 for the PS2 and it was pretty decent for it's time, however it's dated now with all the newer additions to the Tony Hawks series. I'm guessing it's just a port, most games around that time were the same game ported to all 3 consoles (PS2, Xbox and Gamecube).
Yu-gi-oh is probably a fun game if you're into it but if you're not then you'll probably think it sucks.
As for Batman Vengeance, I've never played it or heard of it before so I can't really say but same as with Yu-gi-oh, if you're a Batman fan then even if the game sucks you'd still find some entertainment from it but I'm guessing that if you didn't like Batman then you wouldn't have brought the game in the first place.
