Subject: Grand theft auto Vice City "Horn"

every time I get into a car the horn starts to sound. Also, I played GTA III and it does the same thing there. Any suggestions?

Well it sounds like your controller's L3 button is stuck. Try pulling it, not to hard. Also try a different controller.
