Subject: Skath disappeared

Skath asked to join my party before I entered the K??? caves. I didn't have a free slot so I said no. I then teleported back to town, bought another slot, and came back but can't find him. I would love to have a fourth party member before I go in those caves. Is he gone for good?

some NPCs disappear for good if you say no. i usually go straight back to a save game if that happens and just make sure i have s spot when i talk to them.
if there is an easier way id appreciate to here it
