the book says that u can play two player in demolition mode..... it also says that to do that u have to unlock ALL the demolition areas..... i did that and u still cant play... any suggestions....

lol its been like 2 years i think? anyway, i still havent found a way how to play demolition derby two player... i unlocked ALL the tracks AND all the other bonuses, but still i do not have those god damn demolitions open. my friend did it a while back, but i have completely forgotten how he did it. anyway, u probably have figured out a way, but i sure havent.
