No dragonite is 10 times stronger.Its movepoll isnt the best.Its nature isnt the right one.Try cathing an adamant one and put
Aereal ace
Hyper beam or double-edge
Eeathquake
Dragon dance.
As for the others jolteon is fine.For tentacruel try replacing barrier or toxic with sludge bomb.For magmar go with
Magmar(docile)
Flamethrower or overheat
Cross chop
Psyihic
Iron tail or confuse ray
Marowak is fine.
Bellossom(modest)
Giga drain
Swager
Stun spore
Synthesis

You mean for Magneton and Poliwrath? Not much choice really, HP is the best move in those sets (I actually went through more then 300 Magnemites to get a high powered HP Ice), but I'll try.

Magneton @ Leftovers
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Substitute/Reflect
- Metal Sound

The problem with Magneton is that its only good offensive moves are either Electric attacks, or HP. Any other attack is Physical, and with only 60 Base Atk, that's not a good option.

Now for Poliwrath.

Poliwrath @ Salac Berry
- Substitute
- Belly Drum
- Brick Break
- Earthquake

Same as anon's, but Earthquake can go in place of HP Ghost. Watch out for Gengar and other Levitating Ghosts though.

Seviper, Swellow, Solrock, Swampert, (or Milotic (Preferably Swampert) and Catcurne. I am also looking for one last pokemon I can get early in the game. (Pre Fourth Badge).

- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Flamethrower

Special Sweeper. Enough said.

Swellow @ Lum Berry
- Endure
- Endeavor
- Aerial Ace/Return/Toxic
- Aerial Ace/Return/Toxic

That's the set I used to use. Endure/Endeavor is a nice combo, and Swellow has the Spd to pull it off.

Solrock @ Choice Band
- Explosion
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Shadow Ball

CB Solrock is the way to go.

Swampert @ Leftovers
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Surf/Rest

Cursing Swampert rocks. Watch out for Grass Pokemon.

Milotic @ Leftovers
- Sleep Talk
- Rest
- Surf
- Ice Beam

Rest + Marvel Scale = Status/HP Recovery and improved Def. Keep it asleep for a long time and you'll be practically untouchable.

Cacturne @ Leftovers
- Leech Seed
- Faint Attack
- Needle Arm
- Growth
