Yes you can, but you have to own both campaigns.
Just meet up with each-other somewhere and trade.
Simples.

If you have both games on your account you can play both with the same characters. Same goes for all expansions etc.
If you want to trade with a friend that has a game you don't you can meet in a Guild Hall or Battle isle to trade.

Or better yet, if you have one of the two and your friend has both you could meet up somewhere...
However, if I'm way off as I suspect, a Guild Hall would be you best bet.
