Easiest: Thing on the wrecked ship whose name I forgot (I didnt even know it was a "big" boss until i reached the chamber with the statues
Hardest: Green thing on the water whose name I forgot... it killed me lots of times... maybe was because I had poor strategy

I actually found Phantoom quite hard, but once you know what he does (cheap SNES, they always makes the enimies do the same thing every time

Dark Samus is from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
Parasite Queen is from the first Metroid Prime
And the Metroid Queen is from Metroid 2

You got me. I think SamusX got confused. Or maybe its the rest of us. I could have sworn though that this thread was for the categorized bosses of Super Metroid only. Then again, SamusX has never played Super Metroid, so technically he couldn't vote on those bosses anyway.
