check the main picture and actually READ the file. Use the hints in the file and what you already know to figure it out. You have to trace the ashford family history from beginning to end. For example you should already know that veronica was the first (and the only female other than alexia mentioned thus far). the file also has hints about twins, about gifts received, etc. there may also be another file on the family succession. there is also another clue in the room regarding a candlestick. when you put the clues together and put the family members in order you will know the order. if you still can't figure it out check back later. If you still haven't figured out you can start by pushing the button under the woman's picture first then you're an idiot and you need to study more in school.

ok, ok here it is. the order of the ashford family is veronica, then stanley, then thomas and arthur (the twins), then sir edward, alexander and finally alfred. from the memo to new master you know that each successor received a gift. from clues here and elsewhere you know that stanley received a tea cup, thomas received a tea cup, sir arthur is thomas's twin, edward received a vase (not sure if this was a clue or just process of elimination), alexander received a candlestick, and of course alfred is the current who received a vase. So push them in this order:
1) beautiful woman with tea set (duh - veronica)
2) middle aged man with red haired twins (stanley)
3) red haired man with tea set (thomas)
4) red haired man with plate (arthur)
5) man with vase (edward)
6) man with candlestick (alexander)
7) the main large picture where you found the file (up the stairs - this of course is alfred)
