I was just wondering if any of you have ever experienced any glitches in FF9. I have one when I was in the festival of the hunt I was supposed to get in a fight with a nuu but instead of him in the battle I had to fight the Zaghnol and got destroyed. What about you?

I don't know if this is a glitch, but you know when you summon you either get the full animation that does extra damage rather than just the attack animation? When Garnet Trances she uses a skill on her menu Eidolon, which is always full animation. For the full Trance period, she never landed one full animation.

neither is a glitch
1 u prolly ran twords the nuu and accedently ran into zanghol unless u were in a diffrent district i dunno
2 summons i belive can be cut short in the options that way u dont have to watch it over and over
I havent seen a single glitch in this game other than sometimes it takes a little longer to load some parts of the game like when u walk into a building the screen turns black then the inside of the building fades in well sometimes it takes awhile and that could be a scratch on my disc who knows

Your wrong nosedive_2002, it CAN be a glitch. Its definately possible. I think DarkLynx, can tell the difference between a Zaghnol from a Nuu
Also, Dark Strike, I believe what you are experiencing is not a glitch. The very first time, you use an Edilon, it will show, in FULL animation. After that, it will, be the short version. But as, nosedive_2002 stated above, you can go into your menu, and pick wether you want it a full animation or the shorter version. The choice is yours.

I read in a thread made by Sir_Auron that on the map it says: "Lindbulm" not Lindblum.

i don't think i've ever enountered a glitch in a Square game. they are very well made. maybe a slight error like a mispelling but nothing that could be called a glitch.

I never came across any MAJOR glitch in FF7,8 or 9. But in Tactics, there's the weapon duping glitch and the page-down glitch. I'm not going to go into details but believe me, they are MAJOR glitches (which are really useful

)
