    Sorry, you get the skill "That's It!" from the first treasure chest in Lifeline. The part where you have to kill the 5 Devogues to get the treasure key.

    I just skimmed through bits and pieces of your Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter walkthrough, and I must say you did a great job typing this thing up! I am currently addicted to this game right now, I love it! I made it all the way to the end without saving the game on a Telecorder! I saved it at the final Telecorder in Cemetary though. Some of the skills' locations you couldn't remember, so I'll tell you:

    That's It! - Get this from the final treasure chest in Lifeline. (Just before you fight Rebuilt Bosch).

    Valor - Steal it from Zeno when you fight her in Storage.
