Well, believe it or not, I'm actualy I VERY old member, this is just a different account. Why? Become a veteran and you'll understand. No, it wasn't because I was banned or anything.

Anyway, the first time I went to Neoseeker it was in 2000 (2001? I don't remember). Yup, I've been with Neo that long. Ok, so I left for like, 4 months. But still.

Let me remanice about the old rules, you'll probably be interested in them.

Ah, lessee one-liners weren't considered spam. Yup, you're entire post could be one word and your post count would go up. They changed that, and everybodies post count went down by a couple thousand. One guy was at 2K remix and went down to forum native.

The RP forum wasn't NEARLY as strict as it is now, but then again, it wasn't very fair either. One Jack@$$ could come in, become a villian, and end the rp in one post by kiling everybody. Then they'd retaliate and say, "but I blocked with something" and then "but then I did this so you're dead, end." "no! I did this to stop that!"

It was a nightmare really >_<

But that's the problem with RPs, everybody thinks they're the main characer, and that's what you have to remember, you're not. No one is.

The anime forum allowed hentai, as long as it was discussed intelligently. Hahaha...I don't know when excactly they but a ban on it, but alot of geeky fanboys were dissapointed.

There was no my.neoforum! Scary huh? You had to go and search for the forum everytime O_O...

Besides that, the only things that changed at Neo is the members. The legendary seekers of increadable post count who helped build this website fadded into obscurity. Only a handful are left.

Enjoy your time at Neoseeker and make friends before they leave, otherwise you'll regret it. I've met some of the best friends I've ever had here. My only regret is that I couldn't prevent them from leaving. Iw on't post their names, I couldn't possibly remember them all, but I will always remember them as the legendary seekers of Neo...I suppose my avatar kind of represents that somehow.
