My interests can conclusively be stated as follows;

Music:
I have a very ecclectic taste in music, thus I can find appreciation in almost any form that it may take. Although admittedly I do not really like heavy metal, or country - but most everything else I will have an ear for. On my iPod, you will most likely find a mixture of classical, Top 40, Pop, R&B, Light Rock, OST etc.

Literature:
In regard to books, I prefer science fiction/fantasy although lately have come across a keen interest in crime fiction, or historical crime with authors such as Dan Brown or Steve Berry. As for fantasy, I can't pass up anything by Robin Hobb.

Games:
Again, I can have a diverse taste. I mainly like RPGs, however can branch off into other genres such as platformers, first person shooters, racing games, real time strategy, or simulation.

I also love classic gaming. It's a darn shame that not many people can appreciate this like I do.

Joining Neoseeker at the beginning of 2003 under the account name of Grove Marcus, I began my life on these forums as a regular poster, who popped in from time to time and spent most of my time in either the Shadow Hearts forum or the Resident Evil forums.

Moving on I forgot my password, and then joined the forum again as my current alias of Matt Addison. Under this new guise I befriended many more people and became more of a forum regular. When Australasia had it's punt for a Moderator, I applied in earnest, yet not really believing that I would get the position, however was pleasently surprised when it pulled through.

I picked up a few other Moderator positions around the place in Shadow Hearts: Covenant and Suikoden IV and continued to build my reputation here upon Neoseeker.

When work became too much, I stepped down from my Australasia position, and was also demoted previously from the other two forums due to their inactivity. I went on a hiatus for awhile to focus on my career, but still stopped in from time to time to check on those that I considered I had built stable friendships with.

I can be seen from time to time around the site working on Wikis, contributing to Neoseeker or working with the Classic Gamer's Society project which aims to breathe life into the dead classic games forums.
