I <3 video games.
Here's a list of my top ten favorite games that I've finished:
1. Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
My favorite game of all time, and my first 3D Zelda. Excellent puzzles, art direction, music and boss fights make it king. It took me a while to finish this masterpiece; almost two years, actually.
It was just too hard for me when I first got it. I was only a boy of ten, and I preferred more fast-paced action-oriented games. I didn't have the patience to solve the puzzles in the dungeons.
When I came around to playing this game again, with a mindset much different from two years ago, I was amazed. The puzzles were brilliant, and fun to solve, action was around every corner, and the story, while basic, was captivating, and had a way of manipulating my emotions. Link's expressiveness was a great tool in manipulating my emotions. I genuinely felt for the little guy, and I enjoyed watching him grow from a child to a magical sword wielding hero.
2. Chrono Trigger
Chrono Trigger is, simply put, the best RPG I have ever come across. Despite it's age, it is a very fresh experience.
The first time I played this game was on my DS. And it was amazing. It's a big game, with many great ideas; all of which were executed masterfully. The best example being the time travel mechanic; which the game is based around. It was a powerful tool in storytelling and was just a great gameplay mechanic overall.
Epic moments, an outstanding soundtrack, and an expansive world solidify this game's second place spot on my list.
I've written a review on the game expressing my opinion on it. Read it if you like, and hopefully you'll give it a chance if you already haven't.
3. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
I love this game. It's my favorite fighting game, even though I know it sucks as a fighting game in terms of competitiveness and depth. It is the main reason I got a Wii.
There's tons to like if you're a Nintendo fan. I love the cast of character presented in the game, I love the music, the stages, and it's unique take of the fighting genre it delivers. Some would say it is more of a party game than a fighter.
I play this game competitively, as some of you already know. I've written a guide on how to play as Marth, and I participate often in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl board.
This game takes third on my list, thanks to it's high fun and fan service factor.
4. Tales of Symphonia
5. Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
6. Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
7. Okami
8. Phantasy Star Online I + II
9. Super Smash Bros. Melee
10. Shadow of the Colossus
I've written a review for Chrono Trigger and No More Heroes if you wanted to check them out.
I <3 TV.
Here are some of my favorite shows:
- Death Note
- Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
- Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2
- Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann
- South Park
- Family Guy
- The Simpsons
- Futurama
- Mythbusters
- Kenny vs. Spenny
- Dragon Ball Z
I <3 the Internet.
Here are my favorite websites:
- Neoseeker
- Gamefaqs
- Youtube
- Facebook
Facebook isn't really a favorite, but I put it there just because of how much time I spend on there.
I have an account on Gamefaqs, Razmitaz. Check it up if you want.
I <3 music, but I don't listen to many songs. My favorite genre is rock.
Biography
I've been here on Neo for quite sometime. It's pretty cool here, it's much calmer and more relaxed here than in any other forums I have visited. Neoseeker is currently my favorite and most visited site.
I joined Neoseeker on March 2, 2008 while looking for some tips on the Advance Wars: Days of Ruin boards. A few weeks later, I stopped visiting, and came back to Neo after almost a month. This time, I was visiting the Loungin' and Brawl boards. Ever since then, I've been logging on almost everyday to see what's up.
You can find me in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl, General DS, General Wii and the Loungin' boards, where I post most frequently in.
Feel free to drop a PM if you want to chat or ask questions.
