I wonder on the dreams that i never see
I looked upon the stars with a heart not within me
In life i wonder about the reason of being
For if life is mine then why had i not live
For in this cell is where i reside
To look upon the world only from inside
My hope and dreams are clouds in the sky
They float upon heaven's skies, only for me to watch
But never by my side
Grey is a color that suits me well
For in grey i find that is where my heart is felt
The rain brings tears upon my world
Tears that wont leave my eyes
Tears that my heart wish not to cry
For in this void i sometimes call life
I find that i am alone to wonder with my strife
The only ray of hope that i sometimes see
Is the desire to find that ray of light to be next to me
Light is what I need in this life of grey
A rainbow of colors from a single ray
Can make my life a world worth for me to stay
Ah but to search for that light
Is like the sun coming in the night
Only in dreams could such things be
For i live in reality and not much will happen for me
But hope is the ray that is inside
Hope keeps me beatin til my pain subside
Hope is the thing that makes me go on
For even in this sadness i call life
There is a light that gives me my might
To go on from days to nights
