Vertigo is a vigilante manhunter. Almost nothing is known about him due to his almost superhuman ability to evade police, FBI, and INTERPOL investigators. He only kills/captures known criminals. Those who have committed heinous crimes such as murder and rape are silenced by this man. Those who commit small-time crimes such as theft and assault are captured and left for police. The survivors of his vigilante raids report he thinks incredibly quickly and posesses finely tuned senses. He does not have a large arsenal, merely an M4A1 Maverick carbine rifle, a USP semi-automatic handgun, and a Ka-Bar combat knife. He is not only a master of stealth, but can also hold his own against up to twelve opponents. He may be able to withstand more, but the most he has fought or captured in a raid is twelve, a street gang who stabbed a 72-year-old man. Rumors about this manhunter include an ability to dodge bullets, and being able to hear a pin drop a mile away at a rock concert. These are unlikely to be true, and are likely based on fear and hearsay. No one ever knows if Vertigo is watching. This document is under military protection because of his superior stealth and combat tactics.
