Dennise, at your service. Alias is "Burnt Cypher" for certain reasons. High School student and it's as simple as that. I take Graphics and Design, but I find it oddly boring since I know practically everything that my teachers talks about. I aspire to take an area of expertise on programming or net security.
Net Security takes a very important aspect of my life probably because it deals with major exploits. Exploits that could mean the difference between losing vital informations or keeping them safe from malicious hackers bent on using certain informations for their own wrong doings. Thus, black hat hackers whose out for no good and soils the hacker title. Crackers goes along those lines who burdens the good old hacker title.
Grey hat hacker if anything, but enough with these hacker titles. If anything for more hacker hat colors information check
here. You clearly don't have to worry about me hacking you or whatsoever. I do not 'hack' for no vital reason, just as long as no one ticks me off I'm quite good thank you. I don't go on rampages whatsoever if anything, so calm down and stop with the "Omfg! hacker plx don't hax me!" quotas. ._.;

Hacker Definition
In my opinion and point of view people view hackers in a different way. Each influenced by the media and how they depict the oblivious facades on what hacking truly is. What is hacking or being a hacker truly means? It's the thrill of creating an innovating way on how to make an item work on a way it's not meant to. Somewhat like pushing it to the limits eh? At least in my point of view.
Though, the way I depict hackers might be different from how others depict it. I blame the media in all of this and this is a fact. The media has wrecked lives of many including celebs exploiting their daily lives. What's their excuse? The media shows the bad sides of everything including hackers and what hackers do best. Prying things open and exploiting their wrongs creating programs that can better them for each hackers use. I practically bow down to
Hack a Day for their brilliant hacks. Now that's what hacking truly is.
Heading a new direction if you really want to get into hacking and how it all began I suggest reading Hackers: Heroes of the Computer Revolution by Steven Levy. It goes in an in depth evaluation on how MIT's Tech Model Railroad Club started the whole hacker innovation.
