This was my first Xbox game. Before we had an Xbox, my brother went to our friend Jeremiah's house to play it, and he was talking about how awesome it was. My Dad surprised me with an Xbox and the game one night. I beat it on all modes, including Legendary. I played through it with my Dad, brother, and friends Jarvis and Jeremiah. While Super Smash Bros. was the ultimate multiplayer game when I was younger, this game took its place when I became older. We all played this game for years. We had the best custom game-types around! We still play it every so often, but not nearly as much, especially since the main group of people that played this are all spread apart now. :(. This game is superior to Halo 2. We never got into Halo 2 like we did Halo, and always went back to playing this one instead. |

When we got to the end of the Campaign, I jokingly told my friends that this was the ending. They had already beaten it, but I hadn't. They looked at me, and then the credits rolled, and I said "B-But, I was just joking... :(". They said "See? Told you the ending was garbage". What a disappointment. It was way too short. Xbox Live was fun, but the original Halo still beats this game in everything. I even liked the Halo 3 Beta better than Halo 2. I can't wait for the third one now. Thank god for the Assault Rifle! |

I had followed this game for years and hyped my brother and friends about it. When it first came out, me and my brother did nothing but play it until we both beat it. We played for days in my Mom's old hot ass trailer. Me and my brother switched off, but during our session, he played for 38 HOURS STRAIGHT. I am not joking. He kept saying "Hold on" but he never gave it up. He did accidentally catch the HUGE spoiler of the game though when I was playing. After he fell asleep, I took over again =D. I replayed it a bunch of times as a good and bad dude and as a good and bad chick so I could see and experience everything possible. I had a big crush on Bastila ;( |
