Likes/Interests:
Well, let's start off with my primary interest; Video Games. (Whoa, big shock there.) There's really not much of a purpose in pointing this out since the fact that I have a Neoseeker account is a fair indication of this particular interest of mine... But, while we're here: Basically every video game-related item that I possess was created by Nintendo. There's two simple reasons behind that;
1- Nintendo is what I grew up with.
2- The Legend of Zelda is a Nintendo Franchise.
Point 2 there brings me to the 2nd interest on my list; The Legend of Zelda series. Honestly, I grew up LOVING Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, (possibly not the best Zelda game to begin an obsession with, but it was a start! XD) I'm assuming that this, (coupled with Ocarina of Time when I was about 8-ish), was the main basis of my obsession-- An obsession which I hope that I don't grow out of any time soon ^_^ Oh, and I can't possibly forget to mention that my favourite VIDEO GAME character of all time is... Damn obvious, but incase it needs clarification I'll say that it's LINK. (No, I don't have that hots for him. That's just strange.) There's several reasons behind that, but if you really give a damn about why, then ask me or something. XD
Interest #3: Music. There's a very limited range of music which I can actually enjoy listening to, but nevertheless it is a major interest in my life. I suppose my favourite genre could be simply summarised as; rock. Bands such as Fall Out Boy, My Cheimcal Romance, Linkin Park etc. are all awesome in my eyes. Basically I'll be willing to sit through a song as long as it's not Rap, Hip-Hop, R&B, Country, Techno or anything along those lines. ...:D
Next in line is *drum roll* Graphics! Yep, I'm still a major GIMP and Photoshop 'noob', but I really do enjoy playing around in the above programs and, (sometimes), creating a decent-looking piece of work. Although I missed out on the graphics class at school this year, I've taken Studio Art instead and informed the teacher that my main medium will be 'digital manipulation'. Hey, works for me XD
Finally, chocolate. I'm not gonna waste your time by crapping on about why, but I needed to list something to have 5 interests. So, yummy.
Dislikes:
Pink. Why do I dislike it? Simple: It's a little cutsey-poo colour that ALL girls are stereotyped to be infatuated with. No thanks, not for me. I find it amusing that pink bags and shirts are as common at school as the term 'like' as a filler in a sentecne. "Like, he totally, like, asked me out to the, like, movies!" ...Grr. Any ways...
I can't say that I'm a huge fan of photos, either. It's not photography as an art that bothers me, but rather the fact that I can't go out on a weekend without someone chasing me with a camera. Blame it on low self-esteem, maybe, but I can safely say that I DO NOT photograph well, hence the hatred.
My pet hate = Incorrect use of the term gay. You know what I'm talking about. How often do you hear someone say; "This song is gay. This class is gay. LULZ OMIGAWD UR SO GAY!"? I must say, I find it extremely aggravating. Gay has 2 meanings;
1- Same-sex relationship (aka homosexuality)
2- Happy.
It is not some fantastic, versatile word that can adapt to suit all situations in which aggression is expressed. Simply, 'gay' does NOT mean 'shit', 'lame', 'crap', 'dodgy', or anything of the sort. People using it in this manner, I find is very degrading to the homosexual community. G.I.N.A.S.F.S., people! I repeat; GAY IS NOT A SYNONYM FOR SHITTY! ...And because I'm sure some of you are thinking it, I'll just clarify; No, I am not a lesbian.
Now, call me ignorant, but I'm not the biggest fan of reading, either. I honestly can't find the patience to sit down for a few hours and read a decent novel. I don't deny that both my grammar skills and general level of intellect would increase dramatically if I were mature enough to read a book or two in my spare time, but that's just my loss, eh?
And finally, bitching. No doubt all girls out there would know what I'm on about here. I honestly don't understand why people my age can't simply discuss their problems with one another. Instead, girls generally take the simple path and commit the humble back-stabbing attack, or maybe attempt other methods of bithing like exclusion or whatnot. It's just unnecessarily juvenile. Very irritating. >.>

A bit about me:
I can basically summarise myself in 3 words; Adolescent Australian FEMALE. Very general, but that's me. I must emphasise that 'FEMALE' part of that description since I'm known to get a bit moody if people refer to me as a male without bothering to check. When people tell me that I have balls it's only in a metaphorical sense so please excuse any angry outbursts I may demonstrate when I'm referred to as a 'he' :)
Just in case anybody's curious, my Neo-Name [My Apocalypse] is not meant to imply or symbolise anything. It's simply the title of a song by Escape the Fate. Why did I choose this as my Neo-Name? No idea. I was flicking through my iPod and it caught my eye. If you want a reason for my decision then I guess you could just assume that I'm a deranged teenager and be done with it.
Look, I could basically go on all day about myself if I knew that people out there actually cared. Since I highly doubt that that is the case, then feel free to drop me a PM; whether it's to find out a bit about me or just to start a general conversation. Doesn't bother me :) Although if you send me a PM saying something along the lines of; "OMG YOUR SO GAY. GO DIE.", then don't expect a polite response O:) Other than that, I'm more than happy to receive PM's from any one. XD
