Well, looks like you already have the explainations of how to post an image.

Just incase you still don't understand.

Click here. You will see the browse button, click it, and select the image you would like to post *upload*. Once you have selected the image, click the "Host it!" button and wait for your image to upload. Once it has, you may find resuslt's such as these:

Thumbnail for Websites
Thumbnail for forums (1)
Thumbnail for forums (2)
Hotlink for forums (1)
Hotlink for forums (2)
Hotlink for Websites
Show image to friends
Direct link to image

You want to select the "Hotlink for forums (1)" and highlight just the image link (the one that starts with [img] and ends with [/img]. Once you have done so, you can now begin posting images anywhere you'd like
