Salem and Rios hit up Shanghai

EA Montreal have announced a sequel for Army of Two, titled Army of Two: The 40th Day.

Bromance duo Salem and Rios take their gig to Shanghai, China this time, where they'll need to save the bustling metropolis from the brink of ruin.

The developer assures gamers of a new "innovative and fluid" co-op experience, backed by a wide arsenal of customizable weapons to make online play that much more invigorating.

With Army of Two: The 40th Day, we’re pushing the tactical two-man military team into new battlegrounds offering a completely organic and rich co-op experience to deliver an action-packed co-op shooter this winter,” says Reid Schneider, Executive Producer, EA Montreal.  “As chaos blankets Shanghai, China, you must rely on your partner to survive as you weave through a broken city left devastated in a mysterious wake.”

The 40th Day will be available this winter for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PSP.

The first one was only alright, so I'll be sure to rent this before really deciding anything on it.

The first one was decent. Too short. A bit repetative, but ok. This time I want to see more polish, though. Like when you reload. I want to see the guy take the clip OUT of the gun, grab a new one, and PUT IT IN. And I don't wanna see the same generic animations all over, for everything.

army of two was crazy, short but nice. I can't wait to see what this one would look like.

i don't play a lotta games, so my expectations aren't high, so the first army of two great .
