How NFS looks on the Nintendo system -- gritty yet shiny
EA recently released some new screenshots for their Nintendo Need for Speed.
Need for Speed: Nitro was announced back in January, when EA revealed plans to come out with three platform-specific Need for Speed titles: Shift, World Online, and Nitro.
Since then, we've seen a few assets here and there, but nothing too definitive, though all three titles are expected to launch later this year. NFS: Shift has perhaps earned the most attention, planned for release on the ever-familiar HD consoles, while World Online is an online racer specifically targeting Asian gaming markets. And finally, Nitro is EA's NFS for the Nintendo platforms.
So here are some screenshots for the Nintendo Need for Speed, including both in-game and cutscene images. Have a look yourself; certainly not the racer we're used to seeing, but hey, it might play really well.

*EDIT* Changed my mind, it DOES look worse than iPhone graphics.
In a nutshell, the shorter they spend their time in developing games, the cheaper the electricity bill will be!
So we still have hope that it is for DS and the graphics on PC and 360 and PS3 will be great.
Everyone give my last message a thumbs down!
