Coming soon to a Wii near you, plus screenshots and announcement trailer
Capcom announced today that Monster Hunter Tri will be shipping to North America and Europe in early 2010. Rejoice!
Considered one of the most beautiful games ever developed for the Wii (at least Capcom thinks so), Monster Hunter Tri is an action adventure title that offers fans of the series a more immersive experience, with four-player online co-op, two-player split-screen and new underwater environments. And because it's Monster Hunter, Japan has been eating it up already.
“Fans of Nintendo and Monster Hunter are eagerly anticipating the launch of this title in the US, which will be the first time the series is available on a Nintendo home console,” said Steve Singer, Nintendo of America’s VP of Licensing. “Having Capcom bring Monster Hunter Tri to the Wii console provides tremendous action, fun and entertainment to both veteran players and series newcomers alike.”
And if you're in Germany from August 19 through August 23, GamesCon will have a localized version of the game ready to play.
