Could mean something..or nothing
The Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) has published a new entry in its databse: Manhunt 2 for PC. Interestingly, this version currently sports an Adults Only (AO) rating in contrast to the Mature rating of the console versions.
This leads us to believe the game could very well see new release on the platform, and in its original uncensored form. This is due in part because console makers typically restrict the publishing of AO games on their platform, whereas the PC is an open platform, hence why most of the titles in the list are on PC or Mac.
It's mere speculation, but given the game has been out in North America at least since 2007, this new version could feature either updated graphics and/or gameplay, or at least visual improvements over its console counterparts. If any word comes in today from Rockstar, we'll be sure to let you know here what it is.
