PlayStation Network release pushed back to October, UMD on time

SMT: Persona for PSN delayed several days Image 1

Some disappointing news from Atlus for Shin Megami Tensei fans.  Looks like the PlayStation Network release of SMT: Persona on PSP has been delayed by a few days.

The new release date sits on October 1, but those planning to get Persona on PSP can breathe easy.  The UMD version will still be out on September 22.  And Atlus would like to remind everyone that the Collector's Edition does not cost extra but comes with two music CDs featuring the game's entire soundtrack.  Seriously, why wouldn't you pre-order this edition?

Atlus also wishes everyone a great weekend, but that's entirely unrelated.

I don't have a PSP yet, but I pre-ordered the UMD version the day it was available on Amazon just so I can get the soundtrack.

By the way, I reckon UMD is still relatively popular and of course, second-hand UMD games are not only cheap but also reliable and all in all, put-and-play and hassle free old style appease young PSP owners who have exceeded their download limit on internet.....
