Best Buy expects new $200 USD price tag

The Wii, like any other console, is prone to price drop rumors.  Looks like even those rumors have proven to be true, as Nintendo has apparently confirmed an upcoming Wii price cut.

Starting Sunday, September 27, the Nintendo Wii will go for $199.99 USD, as printed in a Best Buy ad.  The retail giant has a habit of misprinting their own advertisements, but there's also an anonymous email floating around, further hinting this may be the real deal.  Anyway, Nintendo isn't making an official announcement until this Friday, September 25, so we'll be keeping an eye out for that.  However, the new price will not be in effect until Sunday.

All eyes are on you, Nintendo.

Ask the bus? What's that all about. It's some sort of magic bus that answers questions. That is sort of neat. I guess.
