You're a Horseman of the Apocalypse and the GOOD guy?
Games these days, you can never tell who's the real good guy. In Darksiders, the line is no clearer, as you take on the role of War, a Horseman of the Apocalypse. Looks like War's bosses are pissed because someone just triggered armageddon early, and all evidence points to Mr. Beefy Horseman in Red.
But War insists it's not his fault and convinces the powers that be to send him to Earth, where he must investigate who is responsible for destroying civilation before its time was up.
So basically you get to play as War and go around on that giant horse with your giant hands on the reigns, checking out the post-apocalyptic scenery, slashing things with a sword bigger than God's thumb. Oh, and Mark Hamill is playing a character called "The Watcher," who keeps an eye on War during his trip.
Can't wait? Well you must, because Darksiders won't be hitting shelves in North America until January 5 -- two days after on January 7, for Europe.
But did anyone else notice they've apparantly gotten the names of the horsemen wrong?
