Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 brawlers each get an exclusive Star Wars character
While Soul Calibur III tapped into comic book and franchise video game characters to deliver platform-exclusive unlockables, Namco Bandai will be using the Force in a galaxy far, far away to deliver the most earth-shattering bonus content yet for its next-gen Soulcalibur title. The publisher confirms it has partnered with LucasArts to realize two of the most beloved Star Wars characters in its upcoming weapons-based brawler, Soulcalibur IV.
The Xbox 360 edition of SCIV will feature Jedi master Yoda as a bonus character, while the PS3 release gets the blackest brutha in the galaxy, Darth Vader. Namco Bandai promises the two characters will be "formidable opponents", which really ought to be case considering that both will be wielding their trademark lightsabers on top of their latent powers of the Force. Meanwhile both console editions will feature the same shameless and gratiutous boobage which plagues SCIV's female cast. How will the Star Wars characters play? There's not much other than some preliminary screens and a new CES teaser, but they're definitely mouth-watering media!
