Whether you're an overprotective parent looking out for your kids or a disgruntled older sibling trying to keep your console away from a younger brother or sister, Natsume is happy to assist with their child-friendly, family-oriented collection.

The worldwide developer and publisher has announced that their entire video game lineup for 2008 is now available at retail, included recent release Rune Factory 2: A Fantasy Harvest Moon for the Nintendo DS.

"This has been a great year for Natsume as we continued our Harvest Moon series with three brand new Harvest Moon adventures this fall.  Add to that some adorable educational fun with Hi! Hamtaro: Ham Ham Challenge and our hugely popular new original IP, Princess Debut and there is truly something for everyone on your list," said Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume.

So if you have an up and coming little gamer in your household -- or just happened to like really cute games -- Natsume wants you to consider their holiday list of titles, all of which earned an "E for Everyone" rating from the ESRB.

  • Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness (DS) $29.99
  • Princess Debut (DS) $29.99
  • Rune Factory 2: A Fantasy Harvest Moon (DS) $29.99
  • Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility (Wii) $49.99
  • Hi! Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Challenge (DS) $29.99

Yeah, I know. But if you buy it with your own damn money, unless your parents are total bastards, they can't get on without your permission, and you don't have to buy any games they'd like anyway. Still, it would help if the my 360 was a family console, to just get my little sis a DS and these games.
