Capcom has released fifteen delicious screens from yesterday's big Lost Planet 2 announcement on Xbox LIVE, during which producer Jun Takeuchi and lead director Kenji Oguro hosted a thrilling trailer comprised entirely of gameplay footage.

Not much has been revealed about the game except that it will feature online co-op, which supports up to four players.  The story's focus has also be adjusted so players can get acquainted with more than just one protagonist.  Something about lots of snow pirates?

No word yet on a release date or whether Lost Planet 2 is going multiplatform.

Lost Planet 1 suffered poor sales record and bad reviews due to outdated gameplay and I hope that producer Jun Takeuchi and lead director Kenji Oguro should fix that mundane gameplay!!!!!!

Yeah, I played Lost Planet 1 and sold it a year ago, gameplay was boring, graphic is OK.

Note: Yes, I do use THM's Laptop right this very moment and he is my best friend in Uni, and if you don't like it,RabidChina girl, I don't give a shit about it. Any people can post it what they want!

I'm the one you don't want to make enemy.

I just got lost planet a week ago. I dont find it outdated at all. To me it plays alot like SW Battlefront. Sweet controls, third person shooting awesomness. Im very excited to see what they do to jack up the varience in enemies. Also im diggin the visual change in pace from bleak tundra everywhere.
