Family Guy is an animated comedy series created by Seth MacFarlane in 1999. It's based around the Griffin family, who live in the suburb of Quahog. The family consists of the father, Peter (Seth MacFarlane); the mother, Lois (Alex Borstein); the older son, Chris (Seth Green); the daughter, Meg (Lacey Chabert, Mila Kunis); the baby, Stewie (Seth MacFarlane); and the pet dog, Brian (Seth MacFarlane).

Family Guy is known for its racy and somewhat random humor. The show was cancelled twice, in 2000 and 2002, but brought back due to its high DVD sales and strong fan base. The show also spawned a feature length film, Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, as well as a video game.
