Eliwood is and will always be my favourite noble in the entire series. IS did such an excellent job showing us his personality as he tried to cope with the deaths of two of his loved ones in FE7.

I need to learn how to draw eyes. And arms, for that matter. And shoes too. And swords. And hands. >.>

Used: Mechanical Pencil with 2B 0.5mm lead.
Time taken: Half an hour.

    Hey, not bad at all. Maybe the legs seem a bit short, but then again I've no sense of proportion. XD

    You're certainly on the right track with the shoes. Also the detail on the sheath is nicely done. Perhaps a bit of shading would give Eliwood some depth, especially in the folds of his cape.

    All in all, it's solid work (especially for only 30 minutes). Keep at it, you're sure to get better through practice.

    Really Good. Work on the face, though. He looks like some kind of drunken anime character, with the poofy hair and all.
